ASG Homes Santa Clara

ASG Homes has begun construction work on 28 homes that make up the first phase of the Santa Clara residential project. The developer plans to complete the project by the end of 2023.

The developer intends to invest more than 25 million euros in the entire project, which will consist of two phases and include a total of 68 homes. They will be located in the new residential area of Vistahermosa Norte on the outskirts of Alicante and will create more than 150 direct jobs during construction.

Santa Clara is a gated residential complex consisting of semi-detached and townhouses with 3 and 4 bedrooms of four different types. The complex features large landscaped gardens and communal amenities such as a fully equipped gym, electric vehicle charging stations, as well as swimming pools for children and adults.

The project was designed by the Alicante architectural firm Eneseis, known for intelligent and sustainable architecture adapted to modern needs.

Victor Perez-Arias, CEO of ASG Homes, notes: “The completion of the new Vistahermosa Norte project in Alicante is an important milestone. We believed in this area when it was just a project on paper, and today we see our plans come to life. This area will become a new center of residential construction for the city, and ASG Homes wants to be its key participant.”

The Vistahermosa Norte project, being implemented in the north of Alicante, will include about 1,500 homes, green areas, as well as educational, sports and medical facilities on an area of more than 700,000 square meters.
