1. For the buyer

Step 1: Consultation and property selection

Our specialist will contact you online through messengers or by phone. Our agent will help you select suitable options in the shortest possible time.

Step 2: Order an online viewing

Do you like a villa or apartment? Conduct a remote tour via video call. We will show you the surroundings, views from the windows, and any details that interest you. We will be happy to answer your questions together with the owner or their representative.

Step 3: Document preparation with our help and deposit payment

  • We will prepare a reservation agreement for you;

  • The deposit and our services can be paid remotely (by bank transfer);

  • We will prepare the main purchase and sale agreement taking into account the conditions of your possible visit to Spain. We can also help you arrange a power of attorney for our lawyer to sign the purchase agreement with the notary;

  • In case of purchasing real estate in a new development, the contract is executed directly with the developer. Until construction is completed, you will make installment payments;

  • We will prepare documents together with bank representatives for opening an account and obtaining a mortgage (if necessary).

Note: we comply with all measures taken by the Spanish government to stop the spread of coronavirus Covid-19 and limit unwanted movements around the country. Therefore, video calls can be organized in three-way mode — with the participation of the developer or owner, our specialist and you — without violating the quarantine regime.

Step 1: Listing placement

Submit an application to sell your property on our website, and we will place your listing on all popular real estate portals in Spain (idealista, fotocasa, etc.).

Step 2: Prepare photos

Take photos of your property and send them to our agent via messenger. You can also shoot a video — this will help sell your property faster.

Step 3: Document signing

Our specialist will contact you and send a package of documents for signing. This can be done using electronic signature.

Step 4: Online viewings

Our specialist will conduct online viewings of your property for all interested buyers via video call.

Step 5: Document preparation and transaction execution

  • We will prepare an agreement for the client’s deposit payment;

  • The deposit and company services can be paid remotely (by bank transfer);

  • We will remotely prepare all documents necessary for the transaction.
