4. Remote or in Spain

Remote: entire process takes place remotely; you only need to come to Spain for notary signing and key collection.

Property selection service: 990 EUR + VAT

Includes:

Note: some portals restrict access from outside Spain; VPN services (e.g., ZenMate or Opera VPN) allow bypassing restrictions.

Independent purchase

For independent purchase you need:

  • good command of Spanish for negotiations;

  • market knowledge, understanding which properties are worth buying;

  • plenty of free time, as you’ll need to clarify many details and nuances for each property, sellers often respond very slowly;

  • consider your time and money costs for organizing viewings;

  • have NIE number;

  • have an open account in a Spanish bank and legalized money in the account to complete the transaction.
