The most sought-after average property in Barcelona’s luxury real estate market, intended for purchase as primary residence, has an area of about 150 square meters and typically includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and several outdoor areas.

Security and tranquility of the property itself and the neighborhood are also two of the most valued requirements of buyers, along with proximity to schools, shopping areas, parks, and sports facilities.

Regarding the type of property, although preference is given to renovated properties or properties in good condition, inquiries received by the agency indicate that clients are ready to buy properties requiring renovation provided there is a significant reduction in the sale price.
