Advantages of the Demirtas District

• Favorable location. Demirtaş is closer than other districts of Alanya to Gazipaşa Airport. It's half an hour by car to the center of Alanya, which is not much by the standards of residents of large cities.
• Sandy beach has both deserted areas for seclusion and sections with all necessary infrastructure.
• Thanks to the absence of dense development and the peculiarities of the geographical location, all properties in the Demirtaş district will, in one way or another, have views from the first floors. These can be panoramic views of the mountains or the sea, sometimes of park areas, but almost never windows facing windows of a neighboring old house.
• Seclusion and nature. Demirtaş is the quietest, calmest and least populated district of Alanya. The population here is mainly engaged in agriculture, not in tourism and the service sector.
• Moderate prices. Demirtaş is one of the most affordable districts of Alanya. Cheaper than Kestel and Kargıcak, which are also chosen for a more measured life, to get away from the bustle of other districts.
