All utilities and connections are located adjacent to the plot. One of Montenegro's historic sites is the village of Perazica Do. It is situated 4 km from the town of Petrovac. The history of the village dates back to the 1960s.

Initially, Perazica Do was a summer dacha settlement consisting of weekend cottages (vikendicis). These cottages were intended not for long-term residence but for seasonal recreation by Yugoslavs of various income levels.

They are highly varied, and it is practically impossible to find two identical ones, as each was built in the style favored by its owner.

At present, the village serves as a tourist town in which the weekend cottages remain, used as housing by local residents and for tourist recreation.

This part of the Mediterranean coastline has a special microclimate, providing more than 200 sunny days per year with an average annual temperature of 16.2°C.
