The residence, worth over 25 million euros of investments, is located in the new Vistahermosa Norte development in Alicante.
ASG Homes has begun construction work on the 28 homes that make up the first phase of its Santa Clara residential project. The company expects to deliver the project by the end of 2023.
The developer plans to invest more than 25 million euros in the entire project, which will consist of two phases and a total of 68 homes. These will be located in the new Vistahermosa Norte residential area, on the outskirts of the city of Alicante, and will generate more than 150 direct jobs during its development.
Santa Clara is a private residential complex made up of semi-detached and terraced houses with 3 and 4 bedrooms, of four different types. The development has large, well-kept gardens and communal services such as an equipped gym, charging points for electric vehicles and swimming pools for children and adults.

The development has been designed by the Alicante-based architects Eneseis, who is known for intelligent and sustainable architecture, adapted to the contemporary needs.
