Benidorm is a popular city on the east coast of Spain in the province of Alicante. Property in the center of Benidorm is cheaper than the first lines of the sea, even if it is "younger" in terms of year of construction. So, a two-three bedroom apartment in a building with an elevator costs around € 130,000 and a similar option in the first and second sealine – from € 200,000, depending on the age of the building, sq m, the availability of a pool and other infrastructure in the complex. Among the inexpensive areas around Benidorm are La Nucia (€ 1480/m²), Orxeta (1370) and Callosa d'En Sarria (1020).
Benidorm is a rather luxury area with expensive real estate, and nearby there are several luxury suburbs and neighbors, some of which merge with the city. First is Alfaz del Pi (€2070/m²), where foreigners are actively purchasing new properties. Second, Finestrat (€ 2070 / m²), another remote area of the city, where there are still a lot of construction lands for development. That's where most of the villas were moved out of the city. It is a little further from the sea, but is becoming so popular that it is about to overtake the price limits of Benidorm. As for the nearest neighbors with luxury housing, on the west is Villajoyosa (€1620/m²) on the road to Alicante, and on the east are Altea (2100) and Calpe (2135).

The entire province of Alicante is considered the best option for purchasing of Spanish property. Places with a large offer of real estate within an hour drive are Alicante (and its suburbs), Torrevieja, Murcia and Valencia.
The most famous high-rise building is the Intempo Golden Tower (in the shape of the letter M). The building has 47 floors and is now being completed. Apartments with a seaview cost from 282,000 euros, the price of a penthouse is more than 1 million euros. Another spectacular building of 36 floors is called Benidorm Beach. It will be delivered in 2021, with prices starting from 290,000 euros for three-bedroom apartments. The new Sakura Tower has 22 floors and will be completed by 2022, with apartments available from €188,000 and penthouses from €800,000.
