Benidorm is a rather luxury area with expensive real estate, and nearby there are several luxury suburbs and neighbors, some of which merge with the city. First is Alfaz del Pi (€2070/m²), where foreigners are actively purchasing new properties. Second, Finestrat (€ 2070 / m²), another remote area of the city, where there are still a lot of construction lands for development. That's where most of the villas were moved out of the city.
