In other words, it is a business centre and the second line of the sea at the same time. Plus, if you buy an apartment on the ground floor, you can purchase a commercial space and earn on this real estate – to let it for a minimum of 5 years with a profit of 8-10% and without investing in furniture or anything else. Well in general, the price of 180,000 EUR for a property in such a place is almost impossible to find.
7. Conclusion

With the start of the coronavirus pandemic this trend has only intensified: it is expected that in the next few years the local market may experience a shortage of new homes. This is due to cuts in the number of building licences issued.
