Esmeralda Commercial space is composed of a set of commercial premises located in one of the main arteries of Orihuela Costa. - The false ceiling could be detachable or fixed, depending on clients choice.

- Finished bathroom with WC and wash basin, large format porcelain (30x90) with disabled access.
- The electrical installation will be composed by eight complete working places that will possess four plugs and internet. Four switches will be distributed along the unit and between nine and twelve lights to choose between promotor options.
- Interior diaphanous distribution by plaster and painting.
- Basic Pack
If the client do not choose the "Office Pack", the unit will include the preinstalation of water, electricity and telecom, the partition of the bathroom finished in brick with the water and sewage preinstalation. The interiors will be finished in bricks with no interior partitions.
