Villa with a total area of 576 meters on a plot of 1000 sq.m. was created on an individual design project in 2013. She thought with a focus on a combination of beauty and convenience. The interiors of the villa are designed in warm, welcoming colors. In the external and internal decoration of the house only natural materials were used: wood, marble, natural stone.
The layout of the house is practical - there are three floors in the house, between which you can move on a modern elevator of the OTIS system.
Upstairs are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a dressing room and a bathroom, as well as a spacious terrace with views of the sea, mountains and the nature reserve adjacent to the villa. The other bedrooms were conceived as guest rooms and also have private bathrooms.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a large lighted kitchen-dining room.
On the ground floor is a spa area, which includes a Turkish sauna and hammam, a bathtub for cold water, showers and a spacious relaxation area. Also on the ground floor there is a cozy home cinema, a specially equipped wine cellar, a garage, a workshop, pantries and utility rooms. For the convenience of the owners, a separate studio apartment has been created, equipped with its own kitchen and bathroom, designed for staff or guests of the villa.
Of the other characteristics of the villa that make your stay in it as comfortable as possible, you can note the presence of high-speed Internet, satellite TV, floor heating and the ability to listen to music in each of the rooms and outside the house.
On the plot there is a garden with automatic irrigation, a swimming pool.
If you prefer outdoor activities, then the location of the villa provides a wide variety of opportunities for leisure. The sea here is calm, with a sandy sloping bottom, which makes it ideal for both long distance swimming and swimming with children. The area is also great for hiking and cycling, surfing and shore fishing; five kilometers from the house there is a yacht marina, and golf enthusiasts will enjoy the presence of more than 30 fields within an hour's drive.
