The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a huge open plan kitchen-dining and living room connecting to the outdoor pool area through a large glazing that´s hidden inside the walls when closed, allowing a seamless transition to the exterior.
That transition from interior to exterior is buffered by a massive modern pergola made by a masonry beam connected to the white volumes of the house. Inside the pergola there´s a clear space to allow a large tree to be planted and rise in between the beam. That interior yard is the first thing visible from the entrance of the house, acting as the core or heart of the house, where other rooms lay around.
There´s plenty of space for all types of exterior furniture, it´s even possible to hung bubble chairs from the beam.
The kitchen area connects to a small laundry-storage room.
The house has the possibility of incorporating a built garage, matching with the design, instead of a pergola.
